How to set up your account

• Apply now by clicking here to complete & submit our on-line application. It should take you only 5 minutes to do so.
• Upon receipt we will immediately review the information provided and email you our letter of intent officiating terms & conditions for your account. All you need do is sign & return the LOI to us via fax and we'll immediately email your account documents to you.
• Once you sign and return the documents to us along with any additional paperwork required, we'll start the account set-up process that includes credit approving & assignment of your customers.
• Our set-up time usually takes between 5 & 7 business days, from receipt of signed documents. When the set-up work has been completed your funding will begin. We suggest that you submit all previously billed invoices you wish to factor along with this package.
• On subsequent billing, after your company ships it's goods or provides its services to your customer, prepare your invoice as you normally do and remit to us along with a signed copy of the assignment schedule. You can submit via fax or email.
• Upon receipt we will verify the invoice and either wire the funds within 24 hours or less or, at your option, we'll mail or over night a check to you. ACG will take responsibility for its collection.
• Since funding depends on the credit-worthiness of customers we suggest you submit customer information for credit approval prior to submitting your invoice for processing
• Once the invoice is paid we'll remit the reserve to you less the agreed discount fee.
• Our discount fees are based on the credit worthy-ness of your debtors, the average monthly volume of purchases & the length of time the invoice is outstanding from purchase to payment.
